Between history and modernity – a neighborhood with character in Wermatswil.
With the Zwüschegass residential development, Stimo Generalunternehmung is realizing an identity-shaping new construction project with 45 modern condominiums. Embedded in a harmonious environment, the neighborhood combines rural tranquility with proximity to urban infrastructure. A defining element is the careful restoration of a historic farmhouse, which lends the project a special atmosphere, elegantly bringing together tradition and contemporary living. immotro was entrusted with comprehensive project support – from naming development through high-quality visualizations and isometries to the conception of the project website and professional preparation of micro and macro location analyses. Additionally, we supported the communicative accompaniment on social media. The result is a cohesive overall presence that clearly positions the character of the neighborhood and effectively conveys the connection between history and modernity.
