Sustainable living – stylishly communicated in Oberglatt.
With the Sandacher project, a premium residential development with sixteen Minergie-standard apartments across three apartment buildings is being created in the idyllic Zurich Unterland. The concept combines contemporary living comfort with a clear commitment to sustainability. immotro was entrusted with comprehensive communicative project support – from the development of the distinctive project logo through the text concept for the website to the complete creation of the project documentation. Through the carefully coordinated interplay of content, design, and brand management, a cohesive overall presence was created that clearly expresses the harmony between architecture, people, and nature, convincingly positioning the sustainable living concept.
