With the Perla project, Stimo Generalunternehmung is realizing a high-quality replacement building with 16 modern rental apartments. In a well-connected location, a residential building is being created that impresses with clear architecture, carefully selected materials, and contemporary comfort. immotro was entrusted with comprehensive project support – from naming development through high-quality visualizations and isometries to professional location preparation and the conception and design of the project website. Additionally, we supported the communicative presence on social media. The result is a consistent overall presence that precisely conveys the architectural quality of the project and clearly positions Perla as a stylish residential concept with substance.
