Sustainability meets design – a new development with an architectural statement in Wallisellen.

For the Lancia Verde project in Wallisellen, we developed a comprehensive visualization and branding concept for Markstein AG. The elegant timber facade gives the project a strong architectural identity, representing sustainable, contemporary living with character. Our scope of services included high-quality interior and exterior visualizations, the development of naming, color palette, and project logo, as well as the professional preparation of floor plans including macro and micro location. Through this integral approach, we create a clear visual language and a consistent project identity that effectively supports the market presence.
