With the Birch project, Stimo Generalunternehmung is realizing a modern apartment building with clear architectural language and high-quality execution. The staggered building form, generous balconies, and carefully designed outdoor spaces create a harmonious interplay of urban living and green surroundings. immotro was entrusted with developing the high-quality 3D exterior visualizations for this project. The goal was to realistically and atmospherically depict the architectural quality, materiality, and lighting mood. The visualizations convey a compelling impression of the future living experience and form a strong visual foundation for the project's marketing.
